Step-by-Step Tutorial
Step 1 Start from the PV edge
Attach perimeter segment to the outer edge of the solar panel using the C-Clip. As shown, press the top edge of the C-Clip and click into position.
Step 2 Define C-Clip Spacing
Install one C-Clip every 20 cm along the frame edge to ensure secure attachment. Start at one corner and continue evenly along the entire length of the frame.
Step 3 Install C-Clips on all frame edges
Repeat the installation process on all frame edges, including both long and short sides. Ensure each side is fully secured with C-Clips.

Step 4 Connect Perimeter Segments
Connect perimeter segments using cable ties. Secure the upper and lower meshes together to increase structural stability.
Step 5 Trim around brackets
When installing around mounting rails, trim only the required section. Do not cut the segment completely — maintain full 360° protection.

Step 6 Bend and fix at corners
At 90° PV system corners, trim only the top row and bend inward or outward to form a right angle. Secure both ends with C-Clips and reinforce the outer corner with cable ties.
